Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-05-16 · Governed by the laws of Singapore

1. The service

Workingless (the “Service”) is a multi-tenant field-service-scheduling platform operated from Singapore. By creating an account, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy notice (PDPA).

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including access by your team members.
  • You must keep your password confidential and notify us at support@workingless.ai of any unauthorised access.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate Singapore law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the Computer Misuse Act.
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data, probe our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process, or use the Service to send unsolicited marketing in violation of the Spam Control Act.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

4. Customer data and privacy

You retain all rights to the data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You are the data controller for Customer Data; we act as your data processor under the terms of our Privacy notice and the per-tenant Data Processing Addendum (DPA). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

5. Fees and billing

Fees, if any, are described on the Workingless pricing page and at signup. We may change fees on no less than 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing period. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of the Service after reasonable notice.

6. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows and will give reasonable notice when we can. Outages, incidents, and material changes to security posture are disclosed at support@workingless.ai and in the Customer's in-app audit log where applicable.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after reasonable notice (except in cases of security risk, where suspension may be immediate). On termination, we will provide a reasonable export window for Customer Data before deletion, in line with the retention rules in our Privacy notice.

8. Warranties and limits

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty except those that cannot be excluded under Singapore law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Singapore law.
